Our Company manufactures braking systems for rail vehicles for more than 110 years and we are the world's leading manufacturer of this segment. We count as the determining company of the technological development of the production, distribution and servicing of modern braking systems.

Main tasks:

• Maintain and improve CO² reporting and related measures to all KB-Rail locations and support locations during implementation phase
• Support Supply chain Managers worldwide to reduce CO²-impact by driving specific initiatives
• Support strategy for sustainable packaging (reduce plastic and waste, Returnable packaging)
• Build-up global packaging manual with regard of sustainable packaging methods
• Design Packing material and documentation in regards of reduction of plastic and waste in cooperation with suppliers
• Design, implementation and management of returnable packing concepts
• Participation in development of standardized Warehouse/Logistics processes and strategies to achieve Knorr-Bremse strategic goals and objectives
• Mentoring locations by carrying out Audits, define measures for improvement by deviations at performance or standard processes

Requirements:

• University degree in economics, logistics, supply chain or packaging design
• Experience in transportmanagement and CO ² - reporting is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken
• Willingness for travel

What Is Nice To Have:

• Project lead background
• Knowledge in SQL and data visualization tools such as PowerBI
• SAP system knowledge (WM/SD/EWM)
• Experience in packaging technologies
