Area of Responsibility:

Global Process Ownership: Own and harmonize end-to-end PLM production processes across SAP and PLM systems, aligned with business strategy and operational excellence.

KPI & Performance Management: Define and improve global KPI systems to ensure transparency, comparability, and actionable insights.

Business & Advanced Analytics: Translate business needs into dashboards, analyses, and advanced analytics (e.g., KPI deep dives, root cause, predictive analytics).

Data-Driven Governance: Establish KPI governance, review routines, and performance steering for fact-based decisions.

Digital & Analytics Transformation: Drive analytics-enabled digitalization initiatives, including process mining, automation, and AI-supported decision-making.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as key interface between Operations, IT, Analytics, and business functions to ensure global adoption and value realization.

Enablement & Change: Support global rollout, training, and documentation to ensure sustainable adoption of processes and analytics

Requirements:

Solid understanding of SAP and PLM landscapes and their integration with analytics solutions.

Strong business analytics mindset with experience in KPI systems, dashboards, and performance management.

Experience with Power BI, analytics, or process mining tools is a strong advantage.
