Requirements:

 

  • Completed studies in business or engineering
  • Min. 5 years work experience in Indirect Purchasing / Supply Chain / Strategic Purchasing
  • Solid negotiation skills
  • Fluent Business English; German would be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of contract law
  • Experience in FM
  • Good Software skills – MS excel, power point and SharePoint
  • Used to work in a matrix organization
  • Team player in international teams
  • Mind-set to optimize e.g. processes and conditions
  • Intercultural competences and availability to travel abroad
  • Self-motivated and eager to find new solutions as well as hands-on

 

Main tasks:

 

  • Supplier portfolio: Focus on European Facility Management Suppliers
  • Purchase volume: approx. 64 Mio€ / year
  • Travel frequency (average): 1-3 business trips per month within Europe
  • Develops and implements the sourcing strategy for FM in cooperation with relevant internal stakeholders (Corporate and sites)
  • Strives for TCO reduction
  • Manage the category from analysis to contracting
  • Monitor Supplier Performance and ensure compliance
  • Savings reporting
  • Stakeholder and Supplier Relationship Management
