Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Actively taking part in the development of the new strategic orientation of the KB Rail IC outbound business
- IC order processing/expediting with supplying plants, coordination with internal customers
- Intercompany pricing, related system cleaning and maintenance, full management of Munich controlling price changes, creation of debits and credits, as well as price updates
- Interface with quality department -operative handling of CoC retrofits to IC customers- create free of charge delivery traceable to IC customers according to IC rules
- Interface with quality department- create credit note and invoice of the logistical and quality complains with reference to the original billing document
- Reports: stock overview and evaluation, minimization of IC inventory (control of postponements and cancellations for Intercompany customers), delivery performance, IC turnover
- Interface with shipping department - support: packing issue, missing weight, qty differences, prioritization, blocking stock issues, wrong detail in the sales orders
- Interface with customs and foreign trade department - due to the missing/incorrect master data in order to clarify & improve the shipping document
- Acute troubleshooting in the supply chain relevant processes
- Creating of intercompany turnover planning, monitoring
- Special Keyuser for PowerBI/digitalization
- Supervision, development, testing of systems supporting SC processes, preparation of documents and training of users
Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Master Degree
- Experience in SAP, Power BI
- Analitical thinking, Communication, Problem solving, Cultural sensitivity, Process approach
- English at Full Professional Proficiency (knowledge of German an adventage)
- Willingness to travel
