Business Process Owner - Plant Maintenance Rail (m/w/d)

Tasks BPO:
- Maintain, harmonize and foster global Maintenance processes in close cooperation with Rail-plants
- Develop, introduce and roll-out new SAP S4/Hana processes for module “Maintain to Produce” together with locations & IT-consultants (business side)
- Actively manage and develop SAP related improvement projects/respective add-on functionalities (Rail view/coordination of locations)
- Assess and control integration of existing/future Rail-loT- and BI- applications with local tuning
- Guide, consult and support locations in roll-out, service and development of maintenance processes and IT-solutions
- Moderate and lead workshops and trainings with interdisciplinary and multinational teams
- Check, validate and review local improvement suggestions and align with other plants
- Develop roadmap for maintenance-/S4 Hana processes on global/plant level and support execution (KPI-Reporting, cost tracking, operating system)
- Responsible for compliance with Rail-maintenance processes on a global level
Requirements for BPO:
- Technical education and strong manufacturing background
- Minimum 7 years of working experience in the area of Maintenance and Operations
- Strong know-how and good experience in maintenance methods, processes, tools and systems
- Fluently spoken and written English on business level and willingness to travel on global basis
- Project management skills
- Good knowledge of SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) , ideally additionally S4 Hana MtP
- Strong, open minded motivated and self-driven personality
- A practical person with an operational background, a challenger who is self-critical
