Job Title:  GLOBAL TEAM LEAD, CRM & E-COMMERCE   

Job Location:  35500 Chester Road, Avon, OH 44011

Work Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week (M-F, 8 am to 5 pm)

Job Duties: This position is responsible for working closely with Global CRM & E-COMMERCE team members leading planning activities, providing work estimates, developing functional design specifications, configuring CRM & E-Commerce modules, testing, training, and developing documentation.  Essential functions include:

• Establish global organization within "CRM & E-COMMERCE " and policies/guidelines to support the implementation of strategies as well as IT systems architecture and platforms to streamline internal operations and optimize their strategic benefits.
• Lead, motivate and develop subordinates following KB’s leadership guideline
• Support & implement IT strategies in the areas of CRM & E-COMMERCE in alignment with business and organizational goals.
• Support, monitor and report on regional budget and CapEx plans, monitor development of agreed budgets, and prepare final decision on A&P investments.
• Lead/coordinate/participate in regular monitoring & reporting status of assigned support and project activities from Service provider, internal IT & key business users. 
• Ensure expert consulting of internal / external customers in optimization of assigned business/technical processes and performance.
• Define pro-actively and ensure implementation of measures to optimize business/technical processes and performance.
• Monitor and deliver to SLA’s with proper account management service to external customers.
• Enable change management with KB-IT and locations.  Provide 2nd (regional) and 3rd (global) Level Support as per KB SLA’s.
• Take on responsibility (based on OLA/SLA) for all systems and applications installed within in the dedicated area of responsibility.
• Work closely with SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), Material Management (MM) teams assisting in planning activities, providing work estimates, developing functional design specifications, configuration, testing, training, and developing documentation.  Also, work closely with multiple SAP teams (FI, QM, etc.) assisting in same activities focused on CRM & E-COMMERCE.
• Identify and establish best processes for CRM & E-COMMERCE activities within all SAP modules, primarily SD, MM & FI.  This includes working closely with internal and external customers, and other IT personnel to identify process gaps and define potential solutions.
• Communicate requirements and changes with internal and external customers and suppliers.
• Participate as a member of the Global Template team to approve and coordinate all system changes.
• Participate on process improvement teams utilizing Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
• Coach IT project leads according to KB’s project management guideline, ensure alignment of new initiatives and projects with global IT organization.

Minimum requirements:  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or other related discipline and eight (8) years of experience in IT field. Must have:

• Experience in overseeing IT projects and application development.
• Experience in IT field providing work estimates, developing functional design and technical specifications, configuring relevant applications, support for data migration, testing, training, and developing documentation.
• Experience in configuring Hybris E-Commerce platform with a minimum of 3 full life cycle implementations including extensive organizational change management.
• Experience with implementing SAP/Hybris E-Commerce and working with the integration of SAP SD module and with various 3rd party systems required for E-commerce projects.
• Experience working with Global E-commerce teams coordinating all system changes and releases and performing project management activities including leading daily and weekly client status meetings.  

Remote/work telecommuting: May work remote up to 2 days per week.
