JOB DESCRIPTION:
Global CRM Lead
Position Summary:
This role is responsible for leading and directing the integrated and comprehensive CRM platform for Bendix CVS, part of Knorr-Bremse Group. This role will be integral in leading and supporting the sales force in a global CRM application system (SAP C4C Cloud for Customer). The CRM Lead defines and oversees the usage, improvements, and business processes to achieve high levels of value and engagement from the CRM users. The person in this role will drive the deployment, metrics, and advancement of the global CRM tool, to deliver an ultimate customer experience providing a competitive edge. Core member of the Sales Operations team includes maintaining software as the expert CRM user, training internal and external users, and defining sales processes to be evaluated as part of the CRM tool. Also, participate with multiple teams in defining and integrating with other applications such as interfaces to SAP, e-commerce, and other 3rd party systems as needed.
Essential Functions:
- Defining together with global sales and marketing department business requirements, potential solutions, and use cases for CRM implementations; lead organizational change management in business departments for CRM tool.
- Developing and performing project marketing initiatives. Researching, Analyzing and reporting program ROI and advising on programs going forward.
- Partnering with the IT team to provide requirements, test, train, and develop documentation to efficiently support needs. Create, write and implement business processes and requirements.
- Planning, implementing, and controlling global roadmap: project work, sprints, and backlog
- Aligning with the eCommerce team, maintenance of the interfaces to the related parent and subsystems (SAP, HYBRIS, TRP, and HANA), and supporting the integration of their party applications
- Performing Project- and Program Management activities as well as supporting Director/PMO and providing input to enhancement plans and budgets.
- Participating in the resolution of production problems as well as in the administration and support of CRM/Webshop
- Participating in process/continuous improvement teams utilizing agile tools and methodologies.
Knowledge:
- Experience in CRM implementation (SAP C4C preferred), including extensive organizational change management.
- Good knowledge about the transportation industry including OEM, Aftermarket, and Fleet Services/Processes
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of CRM experience.
Skills:
- Strong business process and analysis. Ability to recognize problems and implement solutions regarding CRM.
- Strong interpersonal and management skills, including the ability to work across the organization and interact/influence/negotiate effectively at all levels of management and peers.
- Excellent communication skills: presentation, written, oral.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency, perseverance, and the creativity to overcome obstacles to achieve project objectives.
- Must be able to perform as an effective member in a global team-oriented environment, maintain a positive attitude, and achieve desired results while working with minimal supervision.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. Master’s degree or equivalent preferred

- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
