JOB DESCRIPTION:

                      

Position Summary:

 

This position is responsible for leading the fleet sales support efforts including, but not limited to; design and administer customer facing growth/loyalty programs, forecasting and report financials monthly, work with sales leadership on creation and process improvements for reporting dashboards via CRM, calculation and administration of sales incentive programs, support, and coordinate website updates.

Mining data from primary and secondary sources, to examine what happened, consider why something happened, compare descriptive data and determine the likely outcomes by detecting tendencies in descriptive and diagnostic analysis.

Provide support for fleet specific literature and sales tool requests from Center of Competency marketing directors working with the Bendix sales team.

Support North American Sales Meeting.

 

Essential Functions:

 

  • Strong partnership with the sales team to ensure the updating and maintenance of the CRM tool is completed timely to ensure clean master data.
  • Structure and run reports.  Analyze the data looking for themes to support all areas of fleet interactions.
  • Administer fleet and aftermarket programs to ensure timely resolution is attained.
  • Manage financial forecasts related to customer programs.
  • Drive process improvements and track efforts to determine Return on Investment.
  • Drive follow up for customer growth programs
  • Customer expert supporting voice of the customer and SAP functionality as applicable.
  • Coordinate automation of customer administrative programs with IT including changes and updates.
  • Support literature development efforts directed specific to fleets working with Bendix CoC teams.
  • Support fleet demos as requested including, but not limited to, coordinating attendance by working with the fleet sales teams through invitation development, mailing, and phone follow-up efforts. Provide lead information to sales team for appropriate follow-up and tracking.

 

Knowledge:

 

  • Strong marketing/telemarketing understanding including digital, targeted, and direct marketing.
  • Must have strong system knowledge and acumen.  Comfortable around analytical tools and willingness to recommend improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies and customer loyalty programs.
  • General understanding of long-term agreements and customer contracts.
  • General understanding of diagnostic analytics
  • Financial acumen (budgets and financial analysis).

 

Experience:

 

  • Analyst 1 = 2-5 years’ 5+ years’ experience in a marketing/sales analyst role in the Business-to-Business Industry.
  • Analyst 2 = 5+ years’ experience in a marketing/sales analyst role in the Business-to-Business Industry.
  • Analyst 3 = 7+ years’ experience in a marketing/sales analyst role in the Business-to-Business Industry.
  • Commercial vehicle/ automotive industry preferred.
  • Experience in customer relationship management tools and/or marketing research.
  • Solid Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software experience including developing reports.

 

Skills:

Education:

 

  • Bachelor of Science degree required. Marketing, Business Management, Data Analytics, or related discipline preferred.
