Process & Project Manager (m/w/d) Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Ensure process standardization for supply chain processes (e.g. production planning, order to cash, parts supply) within the location following the global standards and procedures
• Responsible for the local continuous improvement process, culture and toolboxes (e.g. Data Mining Celonis, Value Stream Mapping)
• Lead local SC implementation projects a/o contribute global/regional SC project with local interests and requirements
• Contribute S/4 HANA template phase with local requirements while being responsible for S/4 HANA Implementation within local Supply Chain.
• Ensures accurate documentation of local process & IT tool deviations within all overall KB process documentation platform (e.g. local business managed applications).
• Responsible for the monthly status reporting of local projects / CIP incl. Saving pipeline (Strong focus) in close collaboration with regional Supply Chain PMO and Regional BPO.
• Involvement in the yearly budget and target setting process
• Responsible for the support/trainings of the key-user/transfer to end-user

Requirements

• Degree in business administration with a focus on supply chain or comparable training
• Several years of supply chain experience with a focus on IT, process and project management
• Good knowledge of process design principles, process analysis, value stream mapping, lean philosophy, business case specification and supply chain
• Knowledge of S/4 HANA (PP; MM; SD, other modules e.g. EWM/IBP) 
• Very good written and spoken German and English language skills
