职位描述:

Mission of Job:

Manages general accounting operations in all accounting and controlling area's, with guidance of a number of specialized accounting operations teams, for an organization assigned. Lead budget, forecast, MOP planning and provide timely necessary finance analysis for management review and decision.        

Tasks & Responsibilities:

1. Ensures implementation of accounting policies, guidelines and standards in the accounting teams.              
2. Decides resource allocation in the teams supervised. Manages all bookkeeping operations, including general ledger accounting, A/P or A/R  and inventory accounting, cash reimbursements and travel expenses.               
3. Completes regular -monthly, quarterly, and yearly - closings and reports, for all stakeholders. Performs variance analysis.               
4. Completes account reconciliation, incl. evaluation of inventory, asset and liabilities. Monitor bank accounts status, releases payments and checks liquidity status. Drives working capital reduction.               
5. Provides advice in use and interpretation of accounting data.  Liaises with suppliers, customers, banks and local authorities to clarify business cases and account discrepancies as an escalation point.              
6. Manages the preparation of units balance sheet, P&L reports, annual financial statements.              
7. Manages the preparation of tax statements and cooperates with tax authorities, external auditors and external tax advisors, on an accountable level.               
8. Manages specialized teams of Accounting and Controlling Professionals and Operations staff.                
9. Support STRAP, mid-term and short-term planning processes, perform analyze, review and ongoig control                        
10. Work closely with BU/COC for their business analysis, provide financial insight, critical thinkgs and financial consultancy.    
11. Drive, monitor and support localization projects, cost reduction and target costing activities from FiCo side.          
12. Support Product Safety management              
13. Responsible for maintaining the safety of the working environment, identifying and reporting promptly any HSE concerns or environmental issues            

Education & Qualifications Required:

Bachelor degree in the field of business management or economics. 
Fluent in oral and written English.
Familiar with SAP is preferred.
Familiar with IFRS is preferred.
CPA is preferred.

Professional Experience Required:

1.Over 8 working years in ralated area and 3 years' management experience.                                                                          
2.Finance, controlling and accounting in manufacturing industry
