职位描述:

Responsibilities:

• Identify new approaches for continuous improvement and cost reduction.
• Sell new approaches to the local organization and conduct pilot implementations.
• Conduct market research
• Be responsible for supplier evaluation / selection / contracting
• Deploy project management for strategic purchasing projects
• Conduct price negotiations, regional biddings and e-auctions
• Perform substantial yearly savings
• Improve actively performance of local suppliers
• Prepare commodity reports on assigned commodities
• Deploy and execute functional strategies

Requirements:

· BA or MA in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent.  

· 3-5 years junior experience with trainable character

· English proficiency for negotiation.

· Presentation skill (brief, concise, audience targeted), PowerPoint proficiency.

· Practical work experience with SAP.

· Technical knowledge on handling electrical goods is preferred.

· Experienced in supplier identification, qualification and contracting.

· Experienced to communicate and work in matrix context of an international Group.

· Project management is a plus.

· Flexible personality and can work under pressure, strong self-motivation, and assertiveness.

· Willing to travel.
