Requirements：

• College Degree, graduated from business administration, economics, prefer engineering background.
• PC office experience (MS office).
• Good at written and verbal English.
• Aftermarket sales and distributor management experience in Automotive industry.
• At least 5 years working experience.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Mission: Plans, executes sales targets and activities, and develops customer network & maintenance for After Market services in order to increase sales within assigned territory.
• 1. Develops new business opportunity in territory. 
• 2. Analyzes specific market conditions and builds assumed market related network.  
• 3. Supervises and urges distributors to complete annual target.
• 4. Ensures monthly customer AR collection.
• 5. Prepares customer contracts in cooperation with other involved professionals and management.
• 6. Provides proper Monthly Sales forecast to Logistic Dept.
• 7. Collects and analyzes AM market & competitor's information.
• 8. Keeps regular communication with KB internal company and different locations.
• 9. Deals with customers complains and promote customers' satisfaction.
• 10. Temporary work assigned by the company.
