YOUR TASKS

  • CONCEPTION... and implementation of measures for production optimization
  • DEFINITION... and budgeting of planned production investments and automation strategies
  • EVALUATION... and monitoring the effectiveness of process and production optimizations
  • INTRODUCTION... of synchronized production processes and striving for balanced production including a pull system
  • RECOGNIZING... waste and eliminating the causes of machine problems to increase productivity
  • CONTROL... the external development partner and ensure timely implementation
  • CLOSE COOPERATION... with all departments along the production chain
  • IMPLEMENTATION... and coordination of training for new work processes in the energy team
  • SHAPING... the energy supply of the future

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed technical training (FH/TU) with a focus on industrial engineering/process management or similar
  • Experience in the planning, implementation and optimization of production processes
  • Good knowledge of relevant process management methods (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen)
  • Conversational, written and spoken German and English
  • Ability to work in a team as well as a communicative and organizational personality
  • Independent, autonomous and solution-oriented way of working
  • Flexibility to travel (approx. 20%)

Our location is very well connected to public transportation and only a 5-minute walk from Mödling train station.

The minimum salary is € 4,000 gross per month with a willingness to overpay, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
