YOUR TASKS

  • DESIGN... and implementation of measures to optimize manufacturing
  • DEFINITION... and budgeting of planned production investments
  • ESTABLISHMENT... and monitoring of the effectiveness of process and manufacturing optimizations
  • INTRODUCTION... of synchronized manufacturing processes and striving for balanced production, including a pull system
  • IDENTIFICATION... of waste and elimination of the root causes of machine problems to increase productivity
  • MANAGEMENT... of the external development partner and ensuring timely implementation
  • CLOSE COLLABORATION... with all departments along the production chain
  • CONDUCTING... and coordinating training on new workflows within the Energy Team
  • SHAPING... the mobility of the future

YOUR PROFILE 

  • Completed technical education (university of applied sciences/technical university) with a focus on electrical engineering
  • Several years of experience in the planning, implementation, and optimization of production processes 
  • Strong knowledge of relevant process management methods (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen)
  • Fluency in spoken and written German and English
  • Ability to work in a team, as well as a communicative, proactive, and organized personality
  • Independent, self-reliant, and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Flexibility for travel (approx. 20%)

Our location is very well connected to public transport and only a 5-minute walk from Mödling railway station.

The minimum salary is from € 4,000 gross per month with appropriate qualifications.
