The Sourcing Analyst is a member of the Purchasing controlling group, this position is responsible to assist the purchasing group to make correct decisions by empowering them with data. This position can be located anywhere east of the Mississippi and is a fully remote positoin but some travel may be required.


Essential Functions

  • Provide support to commodity managers by analyzing system data.
  • Provide or coordinate essential training for the purchasing department
  • Work with centralized purchasing controlling group to launch new tools and provide system support where/when needed.
  • Management and record keeping for supplier NDA’s, unique supplier agreements and legal review of supplier documents.
  • Assist with internal and external Audit (Rex, AAR, IRIS etc.).
  • Act as a key user for SAP and other tools for the purchasing department
  • Must understand and adhere to all relevant statutory or regulatory compliance obligations.
  • Must understand, support and adhere to the Integrated Management System policies, procedures and instructions.
  • Report to management the performance, market dependencies and overall state of the supply base though KPI’s
  • Must understand and support relevant key performance indicators (KPIs), as defined in the goal tree.

  • Fundamental knowledge of law in support to T&C’s and supplier contracting.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.


Work Environment
The employee will be required to perform duties on a computer terminal. The employee may be exposed to shop floor conditions, i.e. noise, heat, cold, dust/dirt etc.

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree

1-2+ years of analytical experience (Level 1)
