YOUR TASKS

  • Global BPO (Business Process Owner) owns the CO setup for efficient and effective realization of controlling processes, methods and reporting of the RVS division
  • Acts as central governance body for the SAP ERP CO setup, covering all relevant controlling objects, reporting dimensions, KPIs, reporting figures incl. calculation logics
  • Continuous exploring new technologies together with Group IT for potential usage and benefits to gain quality, efficiency (automation) and value-add within all relevant Core processes
  • Defines the target process map and releases corresponding business requirements; provides documentation as well as input to current operating model, existing processes and organization
  • Participates from a finance and controlling perspective in the transformation of SAP ERP legacy landscape into an integrated, cohesive template-based S/4HANA system
  • Serve as Rail B2P Stream Lead for S/4 Pre-projects and supports the development of new or changed business processes identified during S/4 Pre-study
  • Coordinates with and supports DPRs (Divisional Process Responsible), BPO’s from other E2E streams and IT Module responsible to agree on overall business design solutions seen from a CO perspective
     

YOUR PROFILE

  • University degree, in Economics/Finance/Accounting/Mathematics or similar
  • 4 years of working experience in an accounting and/or controlling department in an internationally operating manufacturing company with standardized SAP setup (either in-house or as external consultant)
  • Experience as team lead working in a complex organizational setup is a plus
  • Experience as project manager in SAP finance and controlling projects – experience with appropriate methodologies and approaches - i.e. PMI, Prince2, PMBOK and waterfall / agile (Scrum)
  • Experience with SAP design and implementation projects
  • Experience working with guidelines, procedures and governance in a matrix organization
  • Knowledge of IFRS
  • English – upper intermediate
