JOB DESCRIPTION:

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

• Create and schedule service and repair orders in SAP.
• Work with customer service to resolve data inaccuracies and provide product updates.
• Responsible for the accuracy of data entry and shipment entry.
• Coordinate 3rd party repairs
• Coordinate with scheduling and procurement to get parts for repair staff
• Work to help department to meet goals and objectives.
• Focus on continuous improvement.
• When needed assist with repair receiving, shipping and material management.
• Coordinate the CSR team on non-repairable material and return for credits/return to stock product.
• Work with finance to resolve AR disputes.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED 
• Experience in coordination with cross functions to meet goals and solve problems.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to interact effectively as a team player
• Proficient computer, organizational and communication skills 
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong typing and grammar skills
• Self-starter with ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Ability to be flexible  

Eligibility Requirements:

• Willingness and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness and ability to work overtime, as required

Desired Qualification

• Experience with Salesforce
• Experience with Partsfolio 
• Proficient in SAP
• Experience in Administrative or Clerical support position
