TASKS

Determination of suitable tests for the determination of component Wöhler curves (S-N curves) for two newly developed components (housing of the tooth holding brake, swing lever). For this purpose, the standard specifications and notes in the special literature are to be taken into account.

Definition of clamping devices and preparation of the necessary manufacturing documents

FE calculation and pre-estimation of the expected characteristic values in order to precisely define the test

Carrying out and supervising measurements on the in-house hydropulse facility to determine the Wöhler curves (high cycle and long life fatigue strength range)

Documenting and interpreting the results
