  • RESPONSIBILITY.... As a Sales Professional / Customer Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the support of our customers in various European markets and with your open and communicative personality you will be their first point of contact within the company.
  • CUSTOMER ORIENTATION... You develop and maintain a good customer relationship and look after large railroad operators as a Key Account Manager.
  • TEAM... As part of an interdisciplinary team in the sales department of the RailServices business unit, you will advise our customers - over the course of the product's life cycle - on maintenance, modernization and services.
  • PARTICIPATE... Your customized offers reliably lead to orders, and on a case-by-case basis you also handle public tenders. Thus, you are an active part of the mobility solution of the future. 
  • PLANNING... You contribute significantly to annual and medium-term planning through market analyses and know-how from the markets.



  • completed higher technical education with experience in the commercial field or completed higher commercial education with high affinity to technology
  • several years of professional experience in an industrial environment; ideally in the rail vehicle industry
  • business fluent English and German, second foreign language an advantage
  • customer-oriented, pragmatic PERSONALITY with solution orientation, NEGOTIATORY SKILL, initiative and handshake quality
  • approx. 20 % willingness to travel (short trips within Europe typically without weekend stays)

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 3.790,58 gross monthly or more depending on qualifications and experience.
