YOUR TASKS

 

  • ACCEPTANCE... and steering in of complaints in specialist departments.
  • COORDINATION... of complaint cases: Monitoring and documentation of all complaint cases with regard to their appropriate processing
  • PROCESSING... of complaint cases using proven Q-methods (8D) 
  • PREPARATION... and evaluation of data for internal and external customers
  • MAINTAINING... contact with customers for problem solving
  • SCHEDULING... of spare parts and triggering the deployment of service technicians 
  • RETURN... delivery of repaired parts (via SAP)

YOUR PROFILE

 

  • completed technical training and/or professional experience in technical complaint processing - career changers are also welcome
  • very good Microsoft Office knowledge, SAP knowledge advantageous
  • customer-oriented personality with solution orientation
  • RELIABILITY
  • ability to communicate and work in a team, hands-on mentality
  • good knowledge of German and English
