Workers may handle approximately 50–60 boxes per hour, with weights ranging from under 5 pounds up to 52 pounds and carrying distances between 10 and 50 feet. Once orders are complete, pallet boxes are adjusted or cut to ensure proper fit for shipment.

  1. Small Package Packing - The worker will pack individual orders and prepare shipping labels using a computer system. Boxes are secured using a banding machine. This position may handle approximately 450–500 boxes per shift, with individual box weights exceeding 70 pounds.
