JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position Summary:

Assist in processing weekly payroll, FONACOT payments, check payments, assist in External and Government Audits, also support the tax payer.

Essential Functions:

• Review and capture Times and Access.

• Prepare weekly claims graphs.

• Participate in the review, capture and processing process of Fonacot.

• Reconcile every month all settlement checks and when they exceed three months cancel them

• Run absenteeism report

• Run dining report.

• Review and capture disabilities.

• Participate in the process of reviewing and capturing Infonavit Credits.

• Participate in the Payroll Review, Capture and Processing Process.

• Share part of the Archive with Sergio Devora in the Weekly Payroll Receipt Archive and give it a sequence when they expire according to the Law.

• Pay Payroll Weekly as part of the Group with Payroll Specialist and Specialist Tax.

• Participate in Extraordinary Payments when this happens.

• Participate in Cross Training for future positions or in case of Holidays from other areas of the Department.

• Support in external audits giving the documentation required by the auditors.

• The employee has the authority to stop the production line, when he/she notices that the product has a quality problem or defect.

· Support PSA activities and procedures with team members

· Performs all those activities that by the nature of the position are required.

Management & Supervisory Responsibilities:

Job is NOT directly responsible for managing other.

Knowledge:

Excel, Power Point, Payroll, SAP knowledge as well as other tools for Payroll and other areas of Finance

Experience:

Payroll, IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot etc.

Skills:

Disposition.

Punctuality

Staff knowledge in their respective areas.

Education/Certifications:

Public accountant
