JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position Summary:

Position is responsible for entry level processing of indirect invoices and assistance of direct invoices for company vendors. Will be the owner of incoming mail.  


Essential Functions:

• Process vendor invoices, investigate and resolve discrepancies and reconcile vendor accounts
• Participates in organization's process improvement projects
   

Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Working knowledge of accounts payable processes preferred


Experience:

• 0-3 years of AP experience in a manufacturing environment.
• SAP or other ERP experience is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong Microsoft Office skills (specifically Excel)
• Able to communicate effectively (oral and written)
• Able to prioritize tasks with the help of management
• Ability to analyze and problem solve in controlled environment


Education:

• Have or working towards an associate degree in Accounting or Finance required
