Warehouse Office Clerk (Part-Time Montreal)

Schedule / Horaire :
Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (may vary based on business needs)

Roles & Responsibilities / Rôles et responsabilités
- Assist the office team by answering phone calls, responding to customer emails, and addressing questions or issues.
Soutenir l’équipe administrative en répondant aux appels téléphoniques, aux courriels des clients et à leurs questions ou préoccupations. - Work with the warehouse team to track, register, and ship customer returns.
Collaborer avec l’équipe d’entrepôt pour assurer le suivi, l’enregistrement et l’expédition des retours clients. - Provide coverage for office team members during vacations or absences.
Assurer le remplacement des membres de l’équipe de bureau lors de vacances ou d’absences. - Enter critical orders and review existing orders to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
Saisir les commandes prioritaires et vérifier les commandes existantes afin d’assurer l’exactitude et le respect des délais de livraison. - Investigate, track, and correct shipping errors.
Enquêter, suivre et corriger les erreurs d’expédition. - Perform other related duties as required based on day-to-day operational needs.
Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe selon les besoins quotidiens des opérations.
Knowledge / Connaissances
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit. - Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
Aisance avec l’informatique et la suite Microsoft Office. - Knowledge of SAP preferred.
Connaissance de SAP, un atout.
Experience / Expérience
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in logistics, customer service, or a related role preferred.
Minimum de deux (2) ans d’expérience en logistique, service à la clientèle ou dans un rôle connexe, un atout.

Education / Formation
- High school diploma required.
Diplôme d’études secondaires requis.
