JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position Title:                 Co-op, Product Development & Validation

Reports To:                     Project Manager

Date Last Revised:         June 24, 2022

Position Summary:  This individual will work primarily with the ABS Product team focusing on support in the testing and validation of the vehicle brake ECU development. The candidate will be working within the Agile environment and interface with testing, product engineering as well as application team to drive and support lab and track validation activities.

Essential Functions:

• Support Lab Hardware testing of the brake controller under development
• Possibility to travel to TRC (testing facility) to experience and support vehicle testing on test track
• Test data process, sample management etc.

Skills/Knowledge:

• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organization skills.
• Detail-orientated.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and complete all projects in a timely manner.

Experience:

• Previous co-op experience preferred.

Education:  

• Pursuing a degree in Electrical / Mechanical engineering or any related engineering discipline.
